1985
Founded in London
Genisys is founded in Woking in Surrey by Chairman Ashok Rabheru CVO DL with 5 employees.
First logistics center opened
Genisys opens a central logistics and configuration center in Basingstoke, Hampshire, following a number of acquisitions in the South East of England.
Expansion into software
Genisys Software is formed, operating from the UK Head Office in Basingstoke
Recognised for quality
Genisys achieves BS5750, ISO 9002 and ISO 9001 quality accreditations in the UK and Genisys Software India is formed in Bangalore in South India.
Talent Village launched & India gains ISO accreditation
Genisys Group launches Genisys Recruitment, known as Talent Village.
New dedicated eBusiness
Genisys acquires Crystal Solutions called eGenisys Consulting, a dedicated eBusiness practice.
2000
New state-of-the-art software center
Software development facility opened by Genisys Software in Bangalore, India and Genisys launches US Company Genisys Software Ltd.
Genisys 20th birthday
Genisys Enterprise celebrates 20 years and Genisys Software celebrates 10 years of successful operation. Genisys introduces the BPO business unit.
Recognition for highest level business maturity
The Genisys Software division achieves CMMi level 5 status. Genisys takes a stake in the newly formed Genisys Consulting and starts building an additional facility.
Bangalore development center doubles in size
